Now that the new school year is starting again, it’s time to pay the membership fee.

The membership can be purchased from Kide.app. The membership fee for the academic year 2025–2026 is 9€. The membership is valid from 1 August 2025 till 31 July 2026.

As a member of the guild you can participate in our events, use our guild room, drink coffee and receive our weekly newsletter.

Call for student representatives in administration is open until 2 Dec. Please apply if you are interested in advocacy and influencing at university. Please share this information with others who may be interested. There are more than 200 vacancies and you can have influence at the level of degree programmes, schools and the university. Erona aiempaan tiedotuskanavaan on uudesta löytyvät alakanavat, josta infon löytää nopeammin ja kätevämmin. Alakanavia löytyy seuraavia:

#️⃣ Kilta-asiat: tänne tulee kaikki hallinnollinen tieto, kuten kutsut killan kokouksiin, asiaa raatihausta ja esim. toimikuntahaku.

📣 Tapahtumat ja ilmot: tänne tulee kaikki killan tulevat tapahtumat ja ilmottautumiset kätevästi yhteen paikkaan! Lisäksi käytössä on pinnattu viesti, josta kätevästi näkee kaikki tulevat tapahtumat ja niiden päivämäärät.

📆 Tiedotus: tänne tulee kaikki muu kiltaan liittyvä tiedotus, kuten viikkotiedotetiivistelmät, killan ulkoisten tapahtumien mainonta ja esim. kiltikseen liittyvät tiedotteet.

🧪 Fuksit: Tänne tulee ollenaista tietoa uusille killan jäsenille ja fukseille! Esim. hihapistekortin ohjeet ja niitä koskevat tapahtumat.

It’s time to introduce a new communication channel. From now on, all information will be posted here: https://t.me/+shhiJNCTTXViOGY0

The difference from the previous channel is that the new one includes subchannels, where information can be found more quickly and conveniently. The available subchannels are:

#️⃣ Guild Matters: All administrative information, such as invitations to guild meetings, information about applying for the board, and committee recruitments.

📣 Events and Sign-ups: All upcoming guild events and registrations collected conveniently in one place! There is also a pinned message where you can easily see all upcoming events and their dates.

📆 Announcements: All other guild-related information, such as weekly letter, advertisements for external events, and notices related to the guild room.

🧪 Fuksis: Relevant information for new guild members and fuksis! For example, instructions for the “hihapistekortti” and related events.

If you feel that a certain subchannel, such as the fuksis channel, doesn’t interest you, you can mute it separately so that you only receive notifications from the other subchannels.

Nyt olisi korkea aika vastata näihin kysymyksiin tulemalla Aalto CHEM:in vaihtoinfoon! Täällä pääset tutustumaan erilaisiin vaihtokohteisiin ja pientä alkupalaa vaihtohaun maailmaan. Hello! Have you ever thought about going on exchange for a semester or two? Or wondered what it would be like to study in another culture and university? Wonder no more! Come to the Aalto CHEM exchange information session to get to know what opportunities possibly await you. There are four exchange information sessions coming this fall so if you’re interested or ever even had a slight thought about going abroad for a semester mark one of the sessions on your calendar!

Retuperän WBK:n Nopeimmat Tähdenlennot

Tästä konsertista ei sooloilua puutu.

Tänä marraskuuna pääsette todistamaan Retuperän WBK:n holistisia saavutuksia, kun orkesterin omat musikaalisen tähtitaivaan kirkkaimmat mustat aukot haastavat solisteille suunnattuja valoja 29.11.2025 klo 16:00 Helsingin konservatoriossa. Konsertin valikoimaan kuuluu jo kaikkein sivistyneimmille korkeakulttuurin ystäville tuttujen sointujen lisäksi täysin uusille kiertoradoille yltäviä solistisia sovituksia. Orkesteria johtaa jo useampaan kertaan lavan edessä sooloillut, Retuperän WBK:n oma , Minna-Aria Häsling.

Lipunmyynti alkaa 15.10.2025 klo 19:33 osoitteessa liput.rwbk.fi. Tämä ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus kustantaa lippuluokasta riippuen 10/25€. Lippuja on myynnissä hyvin rajoitetusti, joten varmista paikkasi ajoissa!

This concert won’t be lacking in solos.

This November, you’ll have the chance to witness the holistic accomplishments of Retuperäs WBK, as the orchestra’s brightest black holes in the musical firmament challenge the spotlights reserved for soloists. Join us on November 29, 2025, at 16:00 at the Helsinki Conservatory.

In addition to harmonies already familiar to the most culturally refined connoisseurs of high art, the concert will feature brand-new solo arrangements. The orchestra will be conducted by Retuperäs WBKs own soloist-in-residence, the now well-known Minna-Aria Häsling.

Ticket sales begin on October 15, 2025, at 19:33 at liput.rwbk.fi. This one-of-a-kind event will cost 10/25€, depending on the ticket category. Seats are extremely limited, so secure yours early!

[UUSI]🐟🧡 Hauki Cup 17.1.2026 🐟🧡

Otaniemen Etelä-Suomen suurin, kaunein ja jaloin kyykkäturnaus Hauki Cup palaa jälleen! Tammikuun talvisessa tunnelmassa pelattava kyykkäturnaus kokoaa pääkaupunkiseudun innokkaimmat kyykän pelaajat mittelemään Otaniemen kyykkämestaruudesta.

Turnaus pelataan lauantaina 17.1.2026 Otaniemessä BMK3lla. Turnauksessa on käytössä Akateemisen kyykän säännöt ja kaksi erillistä sarjaa. Edellistä kokemusta pelaamiseen ei tarvita. 😎

Lipputyypit ovat:
– Perussarjalippu 50e, sisältää pelit neljälle pelaajalle perussarjassa, ruokaa ja jatkot
– Hupisarjalippu 50e, sisältää pelit neljälle pelaajalle hupisarjassa, ruokaa ja jatkot
– Jatkolippu 5e, pääset seuraamaan finaalipeliä ja nauttimaan mahtavista jatkoista ja tunnelmasta!

Otaniemi Southern Finland’s largest, most beautiful, and most noble kyykkä tournament, the Hauki Cup, is back! Played in the winter atmosphere of January, the kyykkä tournament brings together the most enthusiastic kyykkä players in the capital region to compete for the Otaniemi kyykkä championship.

The tournament will be played on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at BMK3 in Otaniemi. The tournament will follow the rules of academic kyykkä and consist of two separate series. No previous experience is required. 😎

Ticket types are:
– Basic series ticket €50, includes games for four players in the basic series, food, and afterparty
– Fun series ticket €50, includes games for four players in the fun series, food, and afterparty
– Afterparty ticket €5, gives you access to watch the final game and enjoy the awesome afterparty and atmosphere!

Hae mukaan parimentorointiohjelmaan! Saat apua ja tukea uramuotoiluun ja itsesi kehittämiseen kokeneelta alumnilta. Mentorointiohjelma kestää kuusi kuukautta joulukuusta toukokuulle. Tapaat mentorisi noin kerran kuussa. Voit katsoa mentoriehdokkaita ja lähettää itse suoraan pyynnön sopivalle henkilölle mentorointialustalla 24.-30.11.
